Awards
Quality workmanship has always been a hallmark at Stoltzfus Enterprises, Ltd. This characteristic excellence has been recognized both locally and nationally by the awarding of multiple building industry honors.
A quarter century of design/build projects in Chester County has given Stoltzfus Enterprises, Ltd. the expertise required to craft multiple award winning projects. Our first Bulltown model, “The Cottage,” achieved the Chester/Delaware County Pyramid Award for best home in its price range.
 In 2007, the Kautz Residence at Olde Bulltown Village received the Pyramid Award for “Custom Home of the Year.”
And our second Bulltown model, “The Brown House,” was recently recognized as “Best One-Of-A-Kind” home in the Mid-Atlantic region by the National Association of Home Builders.
Finally, on April 24th of this year, Olde Bulltown Village won its most recent award for Custom Home of the Year. The home, located at 63 Brownstone Lane (home site 8), was recognized by the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties. This particular award was in the $1 million to $1.5 million category.
