Olde Bulltown Village
Olde Bulltown Village, a carefully planned community created by Stoltzfus Enterprises, Ltd.,
offers custom homes with timeless architecture in a protected setting. Bulltown is nestled
into the rolling hills of northwestern Chester County in historic East Nantmeal Township
and is conveniently located near the Pennsylvania Turnpike and State Routes 401, 82, 23
and 345.
Thirty-six home sites have been thoughtfully placed throughout Bulltown’s seventy acres. Consideration has been given to each site in order to maximize various amenities such as the rippling French Creek, expansive rolling hills, and the carefully manicured golf course.
Every home will be carefully laid out and situated to capitalize on views and natural features, maximize privacy, and respect the surrounding properties and environment.
The Brownstone Homeowner’s Association will provide the services necessary to preserve the standard initiated by Stoltzfus Enterprises, Ltd., in order to assure that all homes present
the same “well-tended” appearance, and also allow residents the luxury of lengthy vacationing
without concern for property maintenance.
The model home, “The Brown House” is open to the public on Tuesdays thru Saturdays from
10am - 4pm and Sundays from 1pm - 5pm, or by private appointment. For more information,
contact Keith DeWalt at 610-286-5117 or keith@stoltzfus.com.
